First, I want to say that Courtney is an amazing stylist! I am very impressed with her at all levels. I haven't had a stylist like her in years so I will continue to schedule my appointments with her. She does a great job for your salon and is a real asset to your staff. My only complaint from this most recent visit is that I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time! If I had not known how good Courtney is, I would not have waited that long. There was no explanation given for the delay nor was there any acknowledgement of my patience. I never complained but merely waited. It would have been very, very considerate on the salon's part to call me before I arrived. I had a list of other errands to do, several of which could have been taken care of in the same shopping plaza as the salon and I would have deeply appreciated the chance to better use my time while waiting. That simple courtesy would have meant a lot to me. But other than that, as I have said, I am very happy with the service I receive there. Thank you.
