Mike and his staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about anything to do with jewelry. You ask and it's answered on the spot, none of this I get back to you kind of stuff. Mike has a wealth of experience for being so young and his connections within the gemological industry are amazing. Overall my wife and I couldn't be happier with our various pieces of jewelry we have purchased over the years. Anything you need they can do. We had my wife’s ring appraised and resized. All done with the type of professionalism you can always expect from World Gemological Services.
