Fortunately, I was able to go to 230 Fifth on a night when it wasn't blistering hot. There was a slight breeze, AND it wasn't too crowded since we were there on a random weekday night.
Lots of seating and space... well, c'mon, it IS considered the largest rooftop bar in NY.
Drinks are a bit pricey and not as strong as I'd like them, but that's the usual complaint at NY city bars, so it's not really a strike against them.
I thought it was a great place to chill with my friends, enjoy some drinks while enjoying the nice weather and view. I'd definitely head back.
