One of my favorite Thai dishes is pud ke mao. Pud ke mao usually contains tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and big wide rice noodles with a spicy chili sauce. Here they add even more goodies to pud ke mao. You will find baby carrots and bamboo shoots and mushrooms. The dish has the flavor I love with the added goodies as well. Sometimes if you arrive during an off time; you may find that there is no one at the front to seat you. Just poke your head around to let someone know you are there and they will get you seated and served quickly.
