My first visit today. I was very late due to circumstances out of my control. They had every right to be upset with me but they couldn't have been nicer and warmer to me. (I've actually been scolded and threatened at other offices for being just a little late.) Everyone in the front office was so personable and helpful. They really treated me like they cared that I was there and that they wanted to keep my business!! The importance of friendly front office people cannot be overstated. They are the first impression that everyone gets of the office and this office couldn't have been better. My hygienist was very good and very thorough--although compared to my experience getting my teeth cleaned over the past 50 years, she was a bit heavy handed in spite of me telling her she was hurting me but I definitely felt that she was doing it so that she could do the best possible job. Saw Dr. Chao. She was very professional--not super warm but did, what I thought, was a very thorough exam and she was personable. I have been to many dentists in this area due to my insurance changing so many times, and I hope this is a practice that I can stay at for a while.
