Review content:
Management is very unprofessional , they disclose tenant information to other tenants and tow vehicles without any warnings and expect the tenants to pay for their vehicles to be released from the tow yard, management purposely disclosed information then when confronted about their breach of confidentiality they they try to reverse the blame and put it on the innocent tenants that live in the complex. the environment is unhealthy there is trash filled up to the top of the dumpster with no trash can inside the area. there are illegal immigrants renting in the complex with more than 8 members to a two bedroom apartment. the remodeling isn't complete there are holes in the windows. and they do not have screens to cover the windows. there has been murders and break ins in the complex and still there isn't enough security to control the crime in the complex. in apartment 185 there are at least 10 people living in the unit which is a two bedroom apartment. management serves you with a three day notice when confronted about their wrong doings to cover up their mistakes. i wouldn't reccommend anyone to rent from these apartments if these were the only ones renting in sacramento
