I decided to try Capello based on fairly good reviews, however I have been EXTREMELY dissatisfied on the two occasions I've been and will never return. Both occasions I've been there I've had to wait at least 20 min. past the scheduled appt. time. My first experience was very rushed because my hair stylist was double booked and decided to complain about it the entire time she did my hair. I decided to give it a second chance and shame on me. I got my hair dyed and although I'm happy with the color, I'm not so happy with it being all over my face and neck. When I was getting washed out, I got squirted in the face 3 times by the incompetent girl who didn't even remotely get the dye out of my hair. After going for a second wash out (which was a shot of water to the back of my neck) they still didn't get the dye out. I then had to sit through a blow out with a girl who seemed like she didn't have a clue what she was doing, while watching the other hair stylist oogle over themselves in the mirror. Hands down, the most unprofessional, dissatisfying service I have ever experienced. I would rather go to Supercuts.
