the worst experience I have ever had with a haircut. I am used to getting my hair done in NY, so I guess I am a little snobby when it comes to finding a good haircut. HOWEVER - I have never been styled by someone who #1 - truly does not know what they are doing, and #2- was downright rude when I asked her to fix what was ruined. I cannot believe I paid $50 to look like a boy with a bowl cut. The salon essentially slaps a high price tag on their stylists and expects people to think that means they have experience - which mine certainly did not. When I asked for my style to be fixed, I was told that she would NOT fix it and I should have specified my desires when I first arrived (my mistake for assuming that all stylists should know that straight bangs should not actually go straight across and should angle at the ends - I look like a member of the Beatles). Anyway - awful haircut, awful service. DO NOT GO HERE!
