Review content:
First off, I have bought 2 cars from Hoover Toyota since September 2007 and sent 2 other people who bought cars in the last 6 months. The gratitude I got for this was a damaged wheel on my 2008 Camry Hybrid that was done while being serviced by them. The damage was clearly done by a mechanical means, as stated by all who viewed it there. The Service Manager, Carl Wyatt, returned 1 of my 12 voicemails and none of my 3 messages left with real people over the course of a month. Presently, they claim I must have slammed into a curb. They will not take responsibility for their carelessness and obviously do not hold repeat business at a high level. I love the sales team and my salesman, Will . Unfortunately, there are more pieces to the puzzle. It is sad how little companies care for you after the sell is done.
