Review content:
Fred Meyer keeps their milk at a lower temperature than most supermarkets, and their produce is well-maintained. These signs of quality are important and help to balance a slightly limited inventory. The big hassle is checking out. The clerks are over-worked and sometimes the lines are long. The do-it-yourself check-out is frustrating when it asks for do-overs repeatedly. Nonetheless, one-stop shopping is a nice offset.
