My last appt. 9/9/11 started out poorly. My previous hairdresser has moved so this is my 3rd person in a relatively short period. My newly assigned hairdresser kept me waiting for 20 minutes with no apology. People at the front desk were not very attentive to this delay. Also, the entire atmosphere of a "Spa" is completely lost. The music and noise level is anything but relaxing. The hairdressers themselves in their own appearance says nothing about the salon or the services it offers.
