Please DO NOT do business with Total Image Salon in North Highlands. The owner, Cheri, is very unprofessional. On numerous occasions I have made an appointment for a cut and color and was kept waiting far beyond my scheduled appointment time. Then Cheri, the salon owner, would keep her cell phone glued to her ear talking the entire time. I was horrified. And my hair cut and color showed that she paid little attention to what she was doing. Her prices are expensive and her professional demeanor is horrible.
Consumers BEWARE. Don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT do business with Total Image Salon on Watt Ave. in North Highlands.
Pros: None that I could see.
Cons: Lack of customer service, no receptionist at front desk, consistently late & poor quality of services.
