Review content:
I went to the dentist thinking great its close and I will receive great care. They told me that I could pre pay for a crown. So I made a $300 deposit for the crown. When I went to the appointment they didn't do the crown but instead decided to do the other fillings. So today I went to get my deposit back and they wouldn't give me my $300 dollars back. After looking at the paperwork they also charged the insurance company for a filling that they didn't do. My advice never pre pay anything there or pay in cash. There reason for not paying me back is that I didn't make a payment on the first visit which was $120 in cash. They are saying that they don't have record of that. That's BS. If you go there be per-paired to write a check and record all transactions and DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH.
