This "company" is a 0 (but there is not that option here). At first, the service appears cheaper and the manager very nice.. all about doing the right thing by people. Wrong. It is a scam. They quoted us one price, then charged the card triple, and then held our goods until we agreed to sign the authorization for it. They charge for materials they do not use, time they do not take, and travel they do not incur. When you ask about it, the manager becomes irate and abusive. You are held hostage paying what he wants and signing what he wants to get your items. "Nice" manager turns into unrepentent crook, threatening to keep your goods, charge your card even more, or throw you in jail. They do not give you contracts, receipts or any kind of paperwork. He is unafraid of courts or cops. Once he has you sign the paperwork authorizing you to take the additional funds out of your card, he will have your goods unloaded but he is unashamed and tells you you signed the paper and can not take him to court. This is why they do not not take cash or checks. It is all about getting your card, kidnapping your goods, and holding them until you pay more. Keep this kind of person out of your life and avoid this "company".
