Businiess name:  Willcutt Guitar Shoppe
Review by:  Tracy B.
Review content:
I have been in there 4 or 5 times looking for a left handed guitar. No one would point me in the right direction. I asked one associate if they had any and he said yeah....thats it. Then another one I asked said yes (only after I asked for a Gibson LP). He showed it to me on the webpage then took 45 minutes upstairs looking for only to tell me he couldnt find it, I also went over to repair shop and wanted to covert an DOT 335 from chrome to gold hardware and new humbuckers. The person in the shop wouldnt even stop what he was doing long enough to turn around and look at me or the guitar. I finally decided I wont be back into the Lexington Store. I took it to the Richmond Ky store and asked the guy there...he looked everything up and showed me what was available and even helped me decide which humbuckers would be best. If Jamey in Richmond can do the work Ill take it to him,,,,,if not Ill find another guitar shop.
