This is the worst excuse of a restaurant I've ever experienced.
Most people go to a fast-food restaurant to get food FAST. And I love Taco Bell at other locations, but this place is just rotten.
This isn't a one-time occurrence either. I've tried a few times to eat here, because selection is limited in Gardner, but every time it sucks.
On more than one occasion, there was AT LEAST a 10 minute wait JUST TO PLACE THE ORDER!! Then, it's another 15-20 minutes after that. And the managers just don't care about your wait.
The drive thru is just as slow. Yes, 25-30 minutes in a DRIVE THRU. It's also very narrow, so you may have a difficult/impossible time driving around other cars in line to go around. It's also RIGHT NEXT to the train tracks. And they just sort of hold off on taking drive thru orders when the train comes thru, which can be as quickly as every 5-10 minutes.
I will never go back there again, even if I'm starving. There are other options like Sonic or Arby's.
I just can't say enough bad things about this place. STAY AWAY!!
