Review content:
I had a horrible experience at planet hyundai on sahara but still wanted a hyundai. I decided to give this location a shot since I'm so far away from the other dealer. I was hoping that the name being the same didn't mean the same tactics. Boy was I wrong!!! Apparently I have nobody to blame but myself for thinking that. Again, nothing but baiting and switching, lies and a shell game. I was quoted online a price for a new elantra, I called and talked to someone and verified that the price would be valid and was assured that they had a dozen in stock. When I arrived at the dealer I found that they really did have a dozen in stock but unfortunatly only one was available at that price and they had sold it! I asked them to show me where on the email that it said that, it didnt. I then asked to talk to the person I spoke to on the phone and was informed that they dont talk to customers haah!!! I wonder why. Needless to say I have a shiny new hyundai elantra and neither of these shyster planet stores earned my business!!!
