I was here for breakfast one time and order a special which states to come with 2 eggs hash browns a drink. The waitress was very rude I ordered my eggs poached and got overeasy, no big deal I will eat them and not say a word, problem is I didn't get my potatoes. After about 5 minutes of searching for the waitress I asked about the missing item. Her response was I didn't ask for them. I blew it off and then looked a menu to discover it should be automatic. I ate my meal minus the hash browns that we never given to me. When I left there was no tip left for her. This is the only time I have never left a tip in my life. I commented to the owner who happen to ring up the meal on how I never received my full meal and her customer service lacked and he basically told us that he has received several complaints about her and actually charged us for the full meal. I was amazed that they charged us the full price and was aware that the waitress had issues.
