Review content:
I called this morning to check if the restaurant was open and to inquire about the menu. The person at the phone told us that the restaurant was open and described the menu. When I reached the restaurant with my family at around 12 noon the manager tols us that the restaurant was closed for a private function. I told him that we had called earlier and were not told about this. Instead of being even slightly apologetic, the manager was extremely arrogant. He said that the waiter who must have answered the phone did not know. We told him that his staff should have been instructed about this since we drove quite a long distance to get there. His responses were even more callous and rude. I think Sitara has lost a customer for ever.
