Review content:
Had my hair cut by Amy at the Broadmoor Veda who was suppose to give me an A-line Bob. She had cut my hair a couple of months earlier with the same style and had done a good job. This time, however, was horrible! I had to go back 2 different times (different stylist on the 3rd visit) and all they did was cut it shorter and shorter, but the same mistakes were there. My 7 year old ended up having to even it out across the nape of my neck! Yes, across my neck! What made it even worse is when Amy told me it "layed nicer" and other non truths. It was obvious enough that my 2 young children noticed it and couldn't understand why the "professionals" couldn't fix it! I will never go back there again and I encourage you not to as well. The front desk is nice, but when it was clear this was a horrible cut, no one was saying anything or making eye contact!
