Businiess name:  Gary L Kaplan Law Offices

Review content:
Based upon the information I have now, it is my opinion that Mr. Garly L Kaplan of San Anselmo (CA State Bar #: 88484) has stolen or misappropriated funds I paid to him on behalf of a one of his clients related to a student loan. I was informed on 12/14/06 by one of his clients, (Vicky Rich of KE Ridgeway & Associates of Simi Valley 805 527 4323), that there are significant problems with money he was supposed to account for and pay to his client UC Hastings College of the Law. I am informed and believe that at least one (by me), and possibly more, formal state bar complaints will be made against Mr. Kaplan in the coming days. It is my opinion that he should not be trusted until and unless the matter(s) is (are) cleared up. On 12/14/06 and 12/15/06, I attempted to contact Mr. Kaplan by telephone and email to resolve the issue, and have not received a response.
