Review content:
Villa Di Bella is the only full service spa in Madera. So, one would think that they would offer terrific service. But, they do not. It is hard to get an appointment. The staff are not the most friendly people I have ever met. Twice, my husband has purchased gift certificates for a massage for me, and both times that I tried to use the certificates, I was told that the prices had gone up and that I had to pay the difference. With the first massage, I had to pay a $15 difference. The second was going to be a $20 difference and I have yet to use it for that reason. If my gift certificate says it is good for a one hour massage, that is what I expect to receive, without having to pay extra for it. Their prices for other services are higher than most as well.
