Be aware of doing business with this company!!!! Please don't do it to yourself. Before I signed the contract, will was calling me daily to get my business. I signed a contract on 8/18 for roofing and drywall work on one of my rental properties. Will picked up the check on Monday and said he was going to drop off the materials on Thursday and start the drywall work--well he was no call' no show. I called him a million times and he kept sending me to voice mail. He never called me back. I got up the next morning called him again, he kept throwing my call to voice mail. Instead of calling me, he called the tenant and let them know he would be there by 10am to drop off materials and to start work. Of course the tenant called and said he was supposed to be there at 10 and it was 11, no call, no show. I had a guy friend of mine call from a number he did not recognize and of course he answered on the first ring. My guy friend snapped on him & fired him and told him to drop my money off because he was way too unprofessional. I
called from a number he did not recognize and he picked up on the first ring. So he wanted to complain about my guy friend calling him, but nothing about not showing up or why he hadn't purchased any of my materials. Needless to say, it's 8/30 and I'm ring to get my money back from dude--he did no work or didn't purchase any materials. This fool had the nerve to drop off a postcards check for 9/6-then we got in a screaming match about me not getting my money back and all he could say was like oh well, that is the soonest you can get your money. So I will be contacting every source possible against him including better business bureau, the licensing board and the action 6. Remember cheap prices does not equate to professionalism. Will Pritchard is horrible and I wouldn't even recommend him to my worst enemy!!! Save yourself a headache and do not deal with him. He deserves negative stars,,,
