Review content:
I have had both good and bad service at this salon/spa. My last visit left me in tears! The pedicures are always great. However, my manicure was awful. The old polish wasn't completely removed, I was not checked to see if my nails were dry,and not even acknowledged at the drying station. The eyebrow wax was okay, but wax was left on my face...... Even after I told the girl. The worst experience was the hair cut. I told Nima what I wanted, she didn't do a good job. I had to asked her to fix the problem three times before she would, and was told she had another customer. Which I found she didn't,she simply didn't want to fix the problem. When I asked for the name and number of the owner, I was refused, and had to insist. All I did get was a managers name and two days when he was there. Will I go back again? Not likely. Which is sad as I was a regular customer.
