Got the notice about you worst hair experience - well I had it about 7 months ago. I was in need of a perm and cut and wasn't able to get in the the person I normally am with. I had seen the person I was scheduled with though so quite some time working at the salon and felt confident. When I left the salon my hair look nice however, not as full or curly as it had in the past- the next morning it was worse. I usually don't wash my permed hair for 24 hours, but, this needed to be done. After washing it -there was no curl at all. When I contacted the salon the person who did my hair all but accused me of doing something to straighten my hair. After some discussion it was decided that they would redo my hair--a week later when my new perm was done. We dried the hair before I left the salon, it looked like a perm this time. The person acted as if I owed them a tip for redoing my hair(this was the person who did it the first time). I just smiled and walked out. Needless to say, I've not been back since.
