I have been a client at UNO's for several years. I have always been mildly satisfied,, but I realized only recently that I have been paying an EXHORBITANT amount of money for a cut and color that is not so great,. Nothing dramatic happened to change my mind---other than discussion with friends who have been far more satisfied at other salons. Uno, himself, is fine--albeit arrogant. The other stylist are very mediocre at best. Go somewhere else. Save your money.
