THE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY NICE AND THE PEOPLE AND OWNER IS ALSO. HOWEVER, I WAS GIVEN THE WORST TRIM I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! I DID NOT KNOW HOW BAD MY HAIR WAS UNTIL I GOT HOME AND SAW UNEVEN CHUNCKS MISSING FROM THE MIDDLE AND BACK OF MY HAIR! THE STYLIST WAS ONLY SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME A TRIM... A TRIM TURNED INTO TAKING 3 1/2 INCHES OFF MY HAIR! ON TOP OF THAT TWO DAYS LATER I FOUND SOMEONE TO FIX MY HAIR AND SHE HAD TO CUT 2 MORE INCHES OFF IN ORDER TO HAVE MY HAIR EVEN! FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND IN THIS OVER PRICED SALON I WOULD FIND SOME WHERE ELSE TO GO THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I WILL NEVER, NEVER GO BACK! THE EXPERIENCE AT THAT SALON WAS HORRIBLE!

Cons: Not Experienced Stylist at All!
