While my wife and I won't always drive over to Fremont from Bellevue, just because we rarely have time for it, when we do, Jai Thai is the one place we always go out of our way to eat at. The food is fantastic, Fremont is a fun place to walk around, and it's just an enjoyable experience over all.
For those not too familiar with Thai food, a safe place to start is always the Phad Thai noodles. Add a side of their tiny, tasy deep fried spring rolls, and you have a meal right there. For a spicer taste, the curries are always a good bet. I haven't gotten too crazy with my choices at any Thai place yet, but Jai is a safe place to take a bet, because it's all good.
