Businiess name:  Gerard's French Restaurant
Review by:  Sarah G.
Review content:
I have dined at Gerard's several times and am continually impressed with the service and the food. The location leaves a bit to be desired upon first visiting. It is located on Magnolia, next to a tattoo parlor and across from Lowe's. But it is set back away from the street and once you are inside you completely forget the outside. You hear no street noise, and all you see are twinkling lights and high foilage. The food is outstanding, and I have learned that they do now offer a Sunday champagne brunch. I enjoy their mushroom appetizer, and for my entree I generally get the filet mignon. Desserts are well made, and I have tried both the chocolate kahlua cake and the creme brulee. They also have their own website which makes first time dining there very easy, as you can get a chance to view the menu and see if the cuisine is something you would be interested in.
