Review content:
The atmosphere of this spa did not quite flow & was very mismatched. The staff were all friendly, but it was clear they need more experience. The two staff members would talk amongst themselves while performing the pedicures & were a little messy & loud in doing so. A few employees are young & not quite up to par with their areas of "expertise". The immaturity showed when 1 was messing up my manicure & had to re-do it 3 times. My nails were jagged & polish was all over & she laughed it off. The facial & massage were both very enjoyable. The owner performed my massage & noticed my nails were a mess, so she re-painted them afterwards. Very pleasant people, just in dire need of more experience & spa knowledge. We went with certificate, so it wasn't quite so painful when it came time to check out....but I'm not sure if I would go there again. They should keep studying.
