Review content:
For years I had heard of the Dining Room at the Westchester. And finally my wife and I went there for Sunday lunch. It's a great pity that we waited so long. The dining room itself harkens back to a refined but quiet time in Washington. [I remarked to my wife that it had the feel of an ocean liner's small dining room.] The food was, well, wonderful. The service was formal and attentive. We'll be returning to this dining room now that we have 'discovered' it for ourselves.
