I've had a few different treatments there and although the Staff are very warm and welcoming, which you would expect at any day spa, I thought the services and general ambiance was lacking. The Mani/Pedi area seems laden with eclectic product they are trying to move, and makes it less than a tranquil area. The hallways are also stuffed with product - it's almost a sensory overload with the amount of additional products River Spa is trying to sell, on top of their Spa services. The manicures and pedicures are similar to what you would expect from a walk-in nail salon, and the massages that I've had there (3-4... I thought they might get better) have really been disappointing every time. Overpriced for the quality they provide... a shame really.
