When I moved to saginaw, all my friends told me not to go to here, but from the pictures, it looked like the best salon out here. So i went for a haircut and color. As the stylist was drying my hair after color, I told her, it doesn't look like I colored my hair at all. She assured me color will start to show after few wash and assured me that she will take care of me if it doesn't. I walked out of the salon looking exactly the same as when i walked in... cut was horrible as well. I called the salon in 2 weeks because my color didn't come out at all. They initially was giving me all the excuses in the world about giving me an appointment and then told me I have to pay again for color. So, ya NEVER AGAIN. I should have trusted my friends who had similar experiences.
