I found myself at the licensing office in DC and being told that I had to know someone who lived in the District in order to obtain my license. I contacted Cary for help. Not only did he answer all of my questions but he had all of the paperwork filled out and waiting for me when I arrived at his office. I can't thank you enough. I was up a against a deadline and you made it possible. Thanks again!
