My wife and I have been seeing Billy Aldrich for years at the other salon he worked at (77 Maiden Lane) when he said he was leaving to go to another salon, we were a little bit skeptical. Once we got to his other salon, we loved his new salon (Utopia) right from the start! It has a relaxed atmosphere, we were greeted by an extremely friendly front desk person and we were made to feel welcome! Billy is a personable, down to earth, and friendly guy who delivers what he says he will, EXCELLENT work. My wife sees Billy for her haircuts and Body Waves(he is a perm and Body Wave specialist) and I see him for my haircuts. We have never been disappointed with ANY service Billy has given us! We will return again and again!
Pros: On line booking! Nice atmosphere, friendly desk person! Skill!
Cons: Can't think of any.
