Review content:
This training is great!!!. I am treated with respect and get a lot of personal attention. The teachers are well mannered and very knowledgeable. I like the people that train with me (a big selling point for me:)).
The school has many locations and the class times are very flexible. All the fees are posted clearly to read. There are many movements to learn which keeps me interested, and most of the people I training with are my age...no kids in the class. The movement are tailored to fit me and I am constantly challenge to make them better. I am sooooo focused on what I am doing I have no time to worry about what everyone else is doing or if they are looking at me. Thank you
Pros: very balanced. for all ages and conditions
Cons: need to want to improve yourself. not for "just to have a place to work out"
