Review content:
I got a horrible haircut from Pam the first time I went and had to return. My hair ended up much shorter than I wanted it due to it having to be fixed. It has taken forever to grow out, but I will be going back this Monday for another cut with Megan.
I think the manager of this business, Hope, is rude. She was completely unappologetic for my haircut and refused to do anything about it. I called her manager and did get a gift card for the amount of the first cut. I figured I had to tip twice for that haircut and deal with it being so short, they should at least do that.
My teen daughter loves Megan and was able to get a very trendy haircut just by explaining the style. It came out perfect and my daughter was all smiles. If it wasn't for Megan, I would have rated one star.
