I cannot adequately describe in 2,000 characters how horrible my experience was with Budget Fence from beginning to end. Between the deplorable customer service, the six different dates I was given for my install that were cancelled, and the independent contractors sent to my house that had the wrong contract and building plans I am not quite sure where to start. If I had to pick the absolute worst part about dealing with budget fence (and there are many to choose from) was how unprofessional, nasty and disrespectful the owner of the company was to me. A close second is the complete lack of communication between the home office and the independent contractors that are hired out to do the jobs. I would receive a phone call from the main office letting me know a time frame of when the installers would be over only to find out from the installers that they were either never planning on coming to my house that day or they had already been there and left. After having to reschedule my child care and work schedule to accommodate their ever changing installation dates given they were unapologetic, unsympathetic and extremely rude. To top it all off they never pulled the permit with the city. Please don’t make the same mistake I made by hiring this company. They already have an “F” rating on the BBB website. I am embarrassed that I did not research this company ahead of time. If I had, I would have found plenty of reviews and complaints just like this.
