Review content:
Century 21 is a really great store to get high quality designer clothes at low prices. I have been there countless times and have always found great bargains.
For men, I would say you should always start your search for dress shirts here, especially if you are looking to simply build your wardrobe. You can get good solid white or blue shirts for really cheap. Also, the store is great for ties.
You can also get really good deals on shoes. I've gotten two high end pairs - one pair of Cole Haan dress shoes and one pair of Johnston & Murphy dress shoes - for less than $100 each.
The couple downsides are that there are no dressing rooms to try stuff on. You have to take it home and if you don't like it or it doesn't fit return it. That's the other annoying area. The lines to return things are usually really long so it's a bit of a hassle.
Still, given the great deals they have, this is a great store!
