Businiess name:  United Way/Delta Sky Wish Program
Review by:  L S.
Review content:
You can donate your Delta Airline frequent flyer miles (minimum donation is 5000 miles) to this great program which helps get patients and their families free airfare for medical treatment. Each round-trip flight requires at least 25,000 donated miles, and if they have a caregiver, 50,000 donated miles are needed to cover two round-trip flights. Delta will match every five miles you give with 1 more mile (Yes, it would be nice if they could give more miles but they are donating the flights, remember). I met a couple from Alabama who had to get to NY for cancer treatment and their local radio station helped get the word out for listeners to donate miles for them so they could come to NY for free. They never could have made it without those dnors and the Sky Wish program. You probably don't even use your miles anyway so why not help someone in need?
