I just got ripped off and am really angry. I found this company on the internet site" run local locksmith". It comes up first on the google search. The site talks about $15 service calls though when you talk to them it is clear the drive over is $15, the lock picking cost is unclear. They indicated they could not pick a simple doorknob lock. It must be malfunctioning. They would have to either drill it and ruin the lock $159 or air blow it for $259! typically a call like this should be $65. I was pissed but didn't collect myself enough to say no, I'll get a second opinion. I said ruin the lock for $159. he said I tell you what, I'll air blow it for $159 and write it on the invoice as a drill job. The air blow took 60 seconds!!! Wow was I pissed! Believe me I'm calling their manager and my credit card company. They are not to be trusted. Especially after seeing these other reviews.
