Businiess name:  Crow Restaurant & Bar

Review content:
We had a party of nine...each person's food was served cold and raw. The explanation was that the food must have cooled on the way to our table. No offer to reheat our food, or discount the dinner. My drink was served wrong. Twice. Ambience? You can get this kind of ambience anywhere in Queen Anne. Anyone who calls this a New York style bistro has never been to New York. If you're into waiting too long for your cold food and the check; if you enjoy paying for your friend's birthday dessert despite terrible service, then by all means...go to Crow.
