Irregardless of the actual dining experience (great salad; everything else mediocre and overrated), we made a reservation for 7:15pm on a Monday night and were seated at 7:47. No explanation, no comped drinks, no warning that we would be made to stand in the cold for over a half an hour. Instead of an honest answer when we checked in on time so that we could've gone next door for a drink, we watched as several couples were seated ahead of us only to hear..."your table will be ready soon." There are lots of places in this city to eat on a Monday and I look forward to going everywhere else but here.
