The staff/security are total jerks!!!!!!!!!! They are rude and utterly suspicious of everything.
I got thrown out of the building and missed the concert because my friend (whose 21) imprinted his stamp on my hand. I knew it wasn't going to work because the stamp was backwards and I was literally on the verge of washing it off when they told me to pack up my stuff and leave. I'd understand if I was at the bar trying to buy something because they would have caught me in the act, I wouldn't be so upset!!!! But to kick you out because of an assumption is wrong. If you go, don't make a stupid mistake like me because they really don't listen to any excuses no matter how liable they are. They just assume you're just another teenage skank trying to score booze. By the way I turn 21 next month!!! I'd understand if I was like 16-17 but they actually told me to take out my id which had my birthday on it and then told me to leave. I'm not saying they should give me special treatment, but at least possibly give girl a break or a warning if she is about to be of age. Anyways, enough of my ranting. I've actually been to other concerts there which hadn't been as bad. But the entire place is congested and smoky. You think they'd throw people out for smoking for there have been numerous times I've seen people smoking in the bathrooms. but no, the venue is beautiful. But I think the staff definitely tarnishes the historic beauty of the place.anyways good luck......
Pros: beautiful and historic venue.........sound quality is decent
Cons: customer service is terrible, staff is extremely rude right when you walk through the door. Everything is overpriced (drinks, food, etc.)
