I really feel sorry for the employees at this establishment; especially the assistants to Tonya (OWNER). It is not very often that you are able to find decent people that you trust and enjoy learning from. Tonya should be absolutely ashamed of her behavior toward her assistants. What a miserable place for them to work and learn! I can't begin to express how below low you can get in dealing with these poor individuals that she is willing to go. They deserve a reasonable work enviornment at the very very least. Unfortunately Tonya is unable to provide that to them. She is so blinded by money that she has lost all respect for the very ones that are making money for her. She better step back and swallow a large dose of reality! If everyone knew the truth they would never visit this salon!!!!!!! The best of luck to her poor employees! Still looking for a decent work enviornment ? Think twice!
