I truly feel that finding Pacifica was a miracle. Long story short, they are courteous, available, vested in your well being as a person, not a file, excellent service behind the front counter and as medical professionals. My story: My Psychiatrist of 5 years unexpectedly moved to a very busy new practice in another county. All my meds were out, yet the old Doc couldn't fit me in for a good month or so. Their office recommended I try Pacifica. Honestly, I didn't want to. I trusted my old Doctor and was scared/angry over having to start my medical history anew with a stranger. Out of desperation, I called that afternoon. I was met with a calm understanding voice who quickly assessed my needs and I was seen the next day. Not the next week, the next day. You just don't get that kind of turn around time as a new patient. Better yet, the next day, when I had no choice but to bring my rambunctious 8 year old with me, the staff was more than understanding, they fed us snacks, and kept her entertained during my appointment. I met with Donna M. Bellinger. She passed no judgement, truly listened to my history like I was a person and came up with a medical solution that I still can't believe is working so well. I'm so glad I found these people.
