Review content:
Brigham renovated a small outbuilding on my property - while their crew did fine work, their lack of ability to keep within a schedule was frustrating, and they would disappear for days, even weeks, at a time. Their subcontractors only compounded the problem. Granted, I accepted only a verbal statement about the time needed to complete the job, but what was said would only take a week turned into 2 months, 3 weeks of which was waiting for a drywalling subcontractor.
While everyone at the business was friendly and for the most part helpful and polite, I can not recommend them for any private homeowner renovation work. If you must use them, I suggest getting a completion date in writing.
