Review content:
I've been going to this spa for about 2 years now and I've had my ups and downs. It is so close to my home and I love the Aveda products so this should be a win win for me. The first few times I went to have my hair color/highlights were no problem but when I wanted to switch things up a bit...disaster and my hair actually turned purple...4 hours after I walked in the door I walked out looking great. My nerves however were another story. I was able to find the right stylist here after a few visits and everything went perfectly for a year! A few months ago I noticed the website no longer worked and you cannot view the service menu online. Not a problem they emailed it to me but strange. Then in early October I showed up for my appointment only to find out that the new person working the front desk had "forgotten to call me to tell me the stylist had called in sick". This is after I took off work 3 hours early to get an appointment on a Friday before leaving to go out of town for a week. They put me with another woman and I asked just for color not a cut as she had not cut my hair before I didn't want to risk it. Now I'm finding out that she left the salon. Just very frustrating not sure if I will return I hope things change
