Review content:
Dru has been a terrific coach and mentor for me as I pursue my freelance career. I come from a "kick in the pants" approach to getting things done. While effective in the short run, it leaves a lot to be desired as a motivational/long-term results tool.
My experience with Dru is very different, more of what I would call a "light in the darkness" approach. Through patience, excellent listening and consistent focus on coaching tools, she has trained me to look, see, and be honest about my experiences - essential and highly effective tools in pursuing the work and life I want. With Dru's help, I am landing new clients, negotiating sustainable rates, and creating a new career.
