Review content:
Studio M is now a full service gym. They've always had great classes in all ability ranges (with patient intructors who help you tailor the class to your level) but now they have free weights, cardio equipment and weight machines as well. My favorite class is the kick boxing one - high energy, never boring! The childcare room is large and there's lots to do for the kids. I think childcare is only $1 per hour, and you can get a punch card if you want also. now they have a coffee bar and smoothie bar too!
